Billy Parson
Dear Yellow-Eyed Girl: My name is Billy and I saw you the other day at the merry-go-'round. I think you are very pretty and I like your blue dress and the songs you sing about angels.
― Billy Parson[src]

Billy Parson is the son of Harold and Gloria Parson. He was a little boy at the time of Rapture's collapse.

History[]

BioShock22010-03-0304-21-17-78

Billy's gift.

Rose Icon (Bio 2)

Billy developed a crush on a Little Sister he saw near the merry-go-round in Dionysus Park one day, and he decided to leave her a token of his admiration. He made an audio diary confessing his love for the Little Sister (whom he described as the "yellow-eyed girl"), and directed her where to find the gift. His manner of speaking implies that he wrote the letter first and then recorded the diary while reading it with difficulty.[1]

The gift was a box containing a single rose. It can be found near a crushed Big Daddy in a code-locked room in the Basement Storage area of the park. This rose is later found by Subject Delta during BioShock 2, and his leaving of the code allows him to upgrade his weapons. During the audio diary, Billy says that his mother thinks that the "yellow-eyed girl" has a scary dad but Billy thinks he's "strong and nice" like a comic book hero, implying Billy doesn't know about Little Sisters or Big Daddies and what they do around Rapture.
