Items that have money value which arent money :Edit

Kinda odd that you should automaticly get money given to you for looting items other than money.

I doubt any machines (only place you use money in the game) would 'auto-fence'  stuff like jewelry, so it makes little sense (guess they wanted more pretty loot as filler beyond the system they used originally in Rapture games).

Items seen before?Edit

I would like the discussion the fact that some of these items (Doll, NecklaceCigarsTeddy Bear, Ring, etc) found in both BasE1 and E2 are seen in previous games and even in the Episodes with different uses, for example Cigars are seen in many places in Rapture in there boxes and Necklaces are worn by several Splicers including Baby Jane in BioShock 2 and Barbara Johnson. So should we add a description about where else these items are seen/found or just leave these as it is? This could open Pandora Box and start people making pages for everything (ex. bookshelf, bathtubs, flowerpots, etc.) which is definitely not needed.

I was thinking about that too, but those items aren't used in the same way here as they were in those games. Here, all of these items serve as a form of currency (which is idiotic, but whatever). You see boxes of Habana Especial or Oxford Club in other games, but you can't actually use them as consumables. Baby Jane wears rings and necklaces, but they're a part of her model texture, they can't be interracted with either. Same goes for the bears that are a part of the Little Sister Gifts
You hit the nail on the head with the potential Pandora's Box of useless hyperlinks it could open.

So that settles it then.
