The Cold Cathode Tube is an item in Burial at Sea - Episode 2.

The Cathode Tube is required to fix the broken Lutece Device in the Silver Fin Restaurant in the Housewares department. The cold cathode tube is a part of the Circus of Values and El Ammo Bandito type vending machines, which is where Elizabeth will find one. After finding the cathode tube, a CO₂ Scrubber, and Old Man Winter, Elizabeth can fix the machine and enter Columbia from Rapture. It will be found in a Circus of Values vending machine.
