Agents of the Founders in Constitution Square.

Constitution Square is a small section of the Comstock Center Rooftops in Columbia. It has a small picnic area, and is also where Preston E. Downs has set up his Wild West stage show. Booker DeWitt enters this plaza when emerging from the Montgomery Residence. He encounters and battles a bunch of Founder agents, a Fireman, and a Gun Automaton. Connected to the square is the entrance to the ominous headquarters of the Fraternal Order of the Raven.

Booker narrowly escaped the Founders Soldiers attacking him after exiting The Blue Ribbon and fighting through "The Hooks" area at Comstock Center Rooftops on his way to Monument Island, having just been identified as the "False Shephard" at the Raffle Square and finds himself on the balcony of the Montgomery Residence, located on Constitution Square.

Montgomery Residence[]

Heading inside the apartment through the kitchen, Booker can hear a couple arguing over the actions of the Vox Populi, them being members of "The Columbia Friends of the Negro Society". They spot Booker and realize who he is, and as the police knocks on their doors, they decide to help Booker by staying quiet. Booker can either fire his weapon and attack or head out through the study in the back. The apartment itself has been converted to fit the cause the couple follows, furniture moved aside for printing machines in the dining and living room, and the bedroom is used as a sleeping quarter for some less fortunate black citizens. The kitchen, study and toilet are the only rooms serving their original function.

Constitution Square[]

While outside, Booker has only a few moments to take in his surrounding before being shot at by Soldiers and a Gun Automation. A soldier can be heard from a gunship's P.A. saying "Gentlemen, the False Shepherd is loose in the streets of our fair city! Will you suffer the shame of allowing your wives and your daughters to fall prey to his machinations? Or will you act? Act for your women folk! Act for your Prophet! ACT!", as the same gunship shoots out flares to alert other soldiers. Soon enough more reinforcements arrive, including a Fireman. Booker can use an Oil Slick, some Firework-barrels and some cargo for cover as assistance for the battle, as well as the Dollar Bill vending machine.

The square has been evacuated just moments before Booker's arrival. All stores, including a grocery and near by apartment builds are closed. Some fair-booths found throughout the area contains some minor resources and behind one is the Kinetoscope: Danger on All Sides. In the center of the square is a small green spot where Preston E. Downs has set up his Wild West Show stage. The stage is surrounded by abandoned picnic blankets and fair-booths. The stage itself was set up for Downs' number, holding a guitar, piano, small seating area and an empty weapon shelf, as well as several taxidermized animals, including a bear, two raccoons and a tiger skin rug. On the table is the Voxophone: A New Hunt. Behind the stage are some supplies, a wagon containing a boar and moose head wall mounts, and several empty Whiskey bottles. Up ahead is an archangel of Columbia statue and several parked Columbia's Finest Ice wagons, one of which is connected to an Automated Stallion and was just being unloaded when the area was evacuated. Containing will lead Booker to the Fraternal Order of the Raven headquarters.

Enemies will be waiting for Booker if he returns here from the Fraternal Order of the Raven headquarters.

Fraternal Order of the Raven Headquarters[]

As soon as Booker enter the courtyard, the environments takes a gloomy appearance as he is faced with a statue of Comstock fighting a "serpent" with racist stereotypical heads. Entering the crow overrun and unkept headquarters shows another statue of John Wilkes Booth, the assassin of U.S. President Abraham Lincoln, depicted in a heroic way. The first floor has bar, dining room and library, housing some hostile order members and butlers. Heading upstairs leads to the ceremony hall, where one is taking place. Booker heads int battle and after dealing with the hooded members he heads through a study and up with an elevator, though a meeting room and up to an indoor garden aviary. A soon as he enters, a flock of birds flies towards a restrained prisoner, tearing him apart leaving him bloodied. The hooded culprit walks way, but just as Booker wields his weapon he disappears. Soon enough, the figure reemerges, starting Booker's first battle with a Zealot of the Lady. After defeating him, Booker gets the Vigor Murder of Crows and heads out towards Monument Island.
