Extremely delicious and relatively common, Thanks Mom!-brand Creme-Filled Cakes are snack cakes produced in Rapture by John and Welch Holding Co. In BioShock and BioShock 2, Creme-Filled Cakes can be bought from vending machines or found in various containers or out in the open. They heal a small amount of Health when consumed. When used with the Extra Nutrition Gene Tonic, it will restore much more health.

  • Creme-Filled Cakes were originally spelled "cream" and meant to be found in box packaging instead of plastic wrapped. A second producer, Bart and Smithers Baking Co., of Creme-Filled Cakes was also made for the game but was cut. The box packaging was made by developer James Sharpe[1]
