Industrial Accident is an Achievement/Trophy in BioShock Infinite. The Achievement is worth 5 Gamerscore and the Trophy is bronze.

Requirements[]
The Player will have to kill 20 enemies using the Sky-Hook weapon's Execution ability: Providing the killing blow to an enemy in a particularly gory matter.
Notes[]
- The player can perform the Sky-Hook Execution by holding in the melee button when the enemy is low on health.
- A skull will appear over the enemy's health bar to inform the player that he/she can perform the execution.
- After equipping the Sky-Hook at the Raffle Square, the player will always have it on hand.
- The player can start to perform Sky-Hook Executions as soon as they obtain the weapon.
- Human enemies (including Zealot of the Ladys) are the only ones that can be executed using the Sky-Hook Execution.
- Non-hostile civilians do count.
- If the player uses the Sky-Hook Execution on every human enemy encountered after obtaining the Sky-Hook, the player should get the Achievement/Trophy during the Comstock Center Rooftops level.
Strategy[]
- Play on the easy difficulty setting to easily kill enemies.
- Lower the enemy's health using other weapons/Vigors, as simple Sky-Hook Strikes doesn't do much damage and they make you vulnerable to attacks.
