Instant Piano Prodigy is a Gene Tonic that can be obtained in the Challenge Rooms' "A Shocking Turn of Events". Normally, playing the grand piano found in this area will only play random notes but, with this Tonic equipped, the player can play Sander Cohen's Scherzo #7. This Gene Tonic will not be equipped in a Tonic Slot.

- This Gene Tonic's pick-up item is different than others. It is smaller, and produces both the sounds of picking up an alcohol bottle and an audio diary upon collection.
