Jerry Baines is a citizen of Rapture who lived in Pauper's Drop. He recorded an Audio Diary about needing a release because his wife was being unbearable. He spent a couple of hours at the Limbo Room before picking up medicine for his wife. He is one of the characters who was cut during the development of BioShock 2.
