Keen Observer

Keen Observer is a Gene Tonic in BioShock 2. When equipped, it increases the research score while using the Research Camera. If both versions of the tonic are equipped, the effects will stack.

Slightly increases the research score while using the Research Camera.

Location:

On a table next to a microscope in the pink room within Grace Holloway's apartment at The Sinclair Deluxe, in Pauper's Drop. Can also be purchased at Gatherer's Gardens in later levels.
