Kerner Preferred Hand Soap is a brand of quality hand soap in Columbia, established in 1905 and operating from 74 Sparrow Place, where it shares a facility with Swiderek's Condensed Milk. The business provided delivery with their blue Kerner Preferred Hand Soap wagons. A Kerner Preferred Hand Soap product is never encountered in BioShock Infinite, but the company's delivery wagon is found.

A single Kerner Preferred Hand Soap wagon is encountered during the game. The wagon is found outside Harper's Family Drugstore on an Abandoned Island in the Monument Island Gateway. The wagon has most likely been there since the closing of Monument Island, as this island was evacuated and quarantined during the process. A Marien-McLean Grocery C° and Columbia's Finest Ice wagon is also found nearby on the same island.
