Subject Omega with the Master Key.
The Master Key (also named Sinclair's Key when collected) is a plot item featured in BioShock 2. It unlocked all the sealed bulkheads in Inner Persephone. Sofia Lamb had given the key to Augustus Sinclair, whom she had captured and transformed into Subject Omega (Ω), an Alpha Series Big Daddy. Subject Delta or Eleanor Lamb must kill Sinclair to retrieve the key from his body.
