Montgomery Billings is the treasurer of Columbia.
History[]
Around the 4th of June, 1908, The Vox Populi, led by Daisy Fitzroy, executed a planed attack on Billings' offices. The Vox managed to surpass Billing's security and firebombed the facility. Billing's library and art collection, with artifacts from France, Ireland, Italy, and Poland, were destroyed during the attack. Billings nor his staff were hurt, as they were not in the building during the assault. The purpose of the offense was believed to rid the files on debit for the working class, but according to Billings, it did not impact Columbia's financial security. The event was covered in both The Minuteman and The Voice.[1][2]
