Oil Slicks are environmental hazards found within the city of Columbia. They are usually the result of drums or containers of fuel that have been carelessly knocked over, spilling their contents all over the ground. Booker DeWitt can use these to his advantage by igniting them with Devil's Kiss, and any enemies caught in the blaze will undergo fire damage. Elizabeth can also summon oil spills through Tears.
