Peanuts are a delectable snack food in BioShock Infinite. Both Booker's and Elizabeth's health is restored by a small amount when they eat a bag of peanuts.
BioShock Infinite[]

Peanuts are a very rare consumable and can only be found in a few locations in-game such as two spots on Battleship Bay.
Burial at Sea[]

In the Burial at Sea DLC, only two sacks of peanuts are found. In Episode 1 they are left on a bench at the Housewares tram station (the only ones found in Rapture) and on a desk in the Security Checkpoint of the Fink MFG Research Laboratories in Episode 2.
