Safecracker

Safecracker is a Gene Tonic which eases the hacking of safes and combination locks by changing the types of tiles encountered in the hacking minigame. Both versions of this tonic may be used together for an increased effect.

Safecracker “ One of Hacksmart's more popular offerings, Safecracker lets you into the places that THEY want to keep you out of. Splice it now, and get Hacking! ” Effect: Removes up to two alarm and overload tiles, one acceleration tile, and adds three resistor tiles. In addition, the flow speed is reduced by a half second per tile. Location: Second gift awarded for saving the Little Sisters.

Safecracker 2 “ Are your enemies trying to lock away what's rightfully yours? Don't let them keep your hard-earned goods! Get them back with new Safecracker Two. Hacksmart wants you to get what's coming to you! ” Effect: Removes up to four alarm and overload tiles, two acceleration tiles, and adds three resistor tiles. In addition, the flow speed is reduced by one second per tile. Location: Found in the Little Wonders Educational Facility in Point Prometheus.
