Scott Sinclair was Art Director at Irrational Games during the production of BioShock and BioShock Infinite.

Sinclair received a degree in Illustration from the Ringling School of Art and Design in Florida. He initially started out painting album art for his friends, which then became a minor job, and eventually he decided to pursue a legitimate illustration career.

After mailing self-promotional material to various magazine Art Directors, he was hired by Playboy, which gave him the opportunity to move north to Boston. After that, Sinclair's art was used in magazines such as The New York Times, Raygun, the Progressive, Entertainment Weekly, and The Atlantic Monthly. While his editorial work paid the bills he still continued to paint cover art for local bands.

By 1997, Scott Sinclair developed an intense passion for graphic design. He briefly explored web design, and then looked for opportunities in video game design. Scott Sinclair began his video game career at Looking Glass Studios, then moved to Harmonix Music Systems and eventually ended up at Irrational Games where he was the Art Director of the award-winning BioShock.[1]
