Hypnotize Big Daddy

Both levels of Hypnotize Big Daddy use all your remaining EVE, no matter how much the amount is. While it does not benefit from EVE Saver's 15% reduction, the fact that you can cast it with very little EVE remaining gives the plasmid an inherent "saving" mechanism that is built in.
