Association with Freeze Plasmid at this place?[]
Not really sure why the association with a freeze plasmid at this place. They couldnt get licensing for a Zamboni machine so they had to make ice this weird way ?? Such a large place, seems unlikely that a biologically powered freezing plasmid will work better than a huge brine super-cooler and pipes under the ice (which predated the re-surfacing machines -way back they used to have guys with scrapers skate around on the ice between hockey game periods ).
And why sell the plasmids there ?? If it was a convenient thing for making icecubes shouldnt it have been on sale in all the neighborhood ADAM shops ??
