If anything you just move sideways through dimensions to where time/events ran at a different speed and the one you left (and its infinite similar ones and everything in them) are left EXACTLY the same.

I wonder if he’s heavily paraphrasing Ecclesiastes 1:10 from the Bible.

He doesn’t exactly blink much, and I have met people who have had band keratopathy, so I assume he doesn’t have cataracts.
