Kinda weird for 'boots' to be associated with gun aiming
I guess they just had to shove things into anyplace free.
Redesign eliminating 'nostrums' (for whatever reason) maybe didnt leave them much time to do something more flexible (and plausible)
Comments Ive seen basicly said the options were too restrictive and with fewer combination worth changing out of once you got certain things (ontop of the fewer options of player actions)
