Yes, the 'awful Sinclair' will still want money for the apartment you are occupying - its called 'rent'.

--

Vague about exactly how 'Harry' was speaking "against Mr. Ryan's policies" .

An open Atlas supporter ?

Handing out pamphlets "Lets Seize Rapture" ?

Wanted taxes to start being collected to feed and house 'poor' people ?

Was against the City 'seizing' a Smugglers criminal assets ?

And when was this ?  With a Civil War going on?  with 'war measure' policies instituted to fight back against Atlas's terrorists??  "Why cant we just get along?" ?

"Free The Fontaine's 74" ??

Harry had a bookstore and all the books are gone - all of them ?  All seditious stuff?   Enough to bother carting it all away?

Without knowing the actual situation, it hard to judge what really happened.

How would you react if you're a homemaker with a child and your spouse diappeared leaving you with few options and no support? Good lord, do you want everything spelled out in the strictest, most minute detail? This is a game, not a court record. What's it matter "how" he was protesting? He spoke out, he disappeared, his business was shuttered.

Also, political criticism is not the same as shouting "Let's Seize Rapture."

No, but it could be.  But we just dont know, do we ?
The point was that does she so automatically expect free everything IN RAPTURE - OMG I still have to pay rent!!!.  That just collides with the people of that era and the whole subset of people who supposedly came to Rapture.
Instead she should/could be saying - "Now I have to run the bookstore, and I better be real careful what I say in this war climate Rapture is now in - Why was Harry so stupid - didnt he realize he has a wife and child to support???"
I dont ask for your strawman 'every detail spelled out' its just that the writers loaded the whole game with stuff like this - lotsa whiners (these were SUPPOSED to be people who came out of the Depression and WW2 ) but we hardly hear from the 'middle' people who actually wanted Ryan to set things right and just obliterate the troublemaker (murderer) who is wrecking the place.  They wouldnt have much empathy for people who support the destructive anarchy.   In the same breath the whiners say 'how awful the security measures are' and in the next 'why isnt Ryan doing enough'.

Paying rent to someone doesn't mean you immediately think they are a wonderful person who can do no wrong. My mother and I have had to pay rent to some truly disgusting people...
