"There is something more powerful than each of us, a combination of our efforts, a Great Chain of industry that unites us. But it is only when we struggle in our own interest that the chain pulls society in the right direction..." - Andrew Ryan

As Booker passes through the New Eden Square of the Town Center and is stopped by the parade, a Wilson Bros. can be seen to the left on an upper level. This location is inaccessible. Another branch is found further ahead in the Square, part of the same complex of buildings as the Grocery, Patriot's Pride, and Springfield. This store is also closed and inaccessible, with children playing rock-paper-scissors in front of the main entrance.
A Wilson Bros. kiosk can be found in the Monument Island Gondola Station of the Monument Island Gateway section of the level. The kiosk is closed due to the fact that the Monument Island has been off limits to the Columbian public for a while. Several copies of Columbia Chronicles are stacked outside and a banner advertising the newspaper hangs from the closed counter. The kiosk interior is inaccessible.
Wilson Bros. & Company Bottling Works seemingly sponsored the alcohol supply of the Good Time Club, owned by Fink Manufacturing, as signs for the business hangs under a wine rack and above the bar counter in the club.
An accessible store is located in the Market District. It can be unlocked with three lockpicks.
